Body shaping products are the only quick fix for you if you have a few excess pounds.  Shapewear products can reduce your size by one or two dress sizes.  You can appear 5, 10 (and in some cases more) pounds thinner with a variety of body shaping items.  This can help you if you need to look better than usual or need to quickly fit into a dress or outfit that is a little too snug.  If you are looking for any other way to fit into an outfit (that is currently too small) within a couple days, it is not going to happen.

If you do happen to drop several pounds within a couple days, you have not done so safely and it is not going to be good for your body.  Some people think if they starve themselves for a couple day before a big event, that they can fit into that outfit at the last minute.  Sometimes, you might be able to lose enough water weight to fit into something if you only needed to lose a couple pounds.  However, by the time you can fit into that outfit, you are not going to be feeling your best.  In fact, you might even be dehydrated from water loss.  Don’t take the risk, purchase some shapewear products instead.

There are some diet pills and body cleansing products that claim you can lose 5 or even 10 pounds in a matter of a few days.  Again, if you do happen to lose that much weight in a short time, you are not likely to feel your best.  Once again, you will only have lost water weight.  The weight will come back as soon as you stop taking the diet supplement and start eating normally again.

You cannot exercise your weight to a several pound weight loss in three days or less.   In order to lose weight, you need to burn off many calories.  If you are still eating as you normally would, but exercising like crazy, it is unlikely you will be able to burn enough calories to experience any real weight loss.  Excessive exercise can be harmful to your body and can also increase the risk of injury.  Why not just wear some body shaping products for now and take your time losing weight?

Trying to sweat off extra pounds using sauna suits or wearing multiple layers, is not safe.  You can become too overheated which can be harmful to your body.  Once again, you will be risking dehydration and only losing water weight.  If you try to sweat off pounds in this way while exercising too much and eating too little, you could really be putting your health at risk.  Wrestlers in school used to often try to lose weight in this way and it was proven to be very unsafe and unhealthy.

Do not try to take a quick approach to losing weight.  You are not likely to be able to achieve the weight loss you seek.  More importantly, it is dangerous to use methods to lose weight quickly.  It is not worth putting your health and safety at risk.  Take your time losing weight the smart way.  In the meantime, you can shop for shapewear products so that you can look your best even when your body is not currently at its best.
